 What are your opening hours?

  • As an e-commerce store, we are open seven (7) days a week.

Do you offer Afterpay?

  • Coco Dune offers the choice of Afterpay to its customers.  Afterpay's business model is completely interest free to customers who pay on time.  To be eligible, you must first of all sign-up with Afterpay via their website.

 How do I track my order?

  • An order confirmation email will be sent out to you once you place an order.
  • When shipment is picked up and your parcel is “on its way”, an email will be sent out confirming this and you will be provided with a tracking number.
  • Please use the tracking number for advice on delivery.

 What is your returns policy?

  • Before returning any item, please contact us at hello@cocodune.com.au.
  • If an item is received damaged in the mail, we will request that it be returned to Coco Dune for a full refund.
  • We do accept “change of mind” returns, but the all shipping fees will be at the expense of the customer. Any items returned via this method must be in a good, undamaged condition.

 What happens if I do not received my order?

  • Contact Coco Dune immediately hello@cocodune.com.au and we will follow up on your order on your behalf.

 Can I make changes to an order I have placed?

  • Coco Dune can only make these changes if the order has not yet been picked up by the courier. If you need to change the order, please contact us as soon as possible.

 How do I set up a new accounts password?

  • Access the “Log In” page, then follow the prompt “Forgot your Password”. You will be able to reset your password via the instructions.

 Where are you located?

  • We are located in Perth, Western Australia.

 Do you deliver heavy items over 5kg Australia wide?

  • No, items over 5kg will only be available for pick up to customers from Perth, Western Australia or by contacting us direct for a shipping quote.
