Coco Dune is a Perth, Western Australia-based company. Please note that we cannot send items to Post Office Boxes. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.
Products over 5 kg in weight will only be available for pick up to Perth customers. If you would like an item over 5 kg delivered anywhere else in Australia, please contact us for a quotation.
Remote and country orders may take a bit longer to be delivered and an extra surcharge may be applied to your shipping costs. This charge will not be calculated at checkout, but Coco Dune will contact customers via email with the option to pay the difference or receive a full refund for the items ordered. Our apologies in advance, but these additional charges are out with Coco Dune’s control.
Once your order is received, it will be dispatched within 2-4 business days. Please note this does not apply to our pre-order service where we will contact you with an expected dispatch date. Customers will be sent a copy of the tracking information once it becomes available.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are varied and are dependent upon which Australian State the parcel is being sent to. Once an order leaves our premises, the delivery time is out of Coco Dune's control.
For remote and rural areas, delivery times may take a little longer.
