Coco Dune is a Perth, Western Australia-based company. Please note that the couriers we use DO NOT DELIVER to Post Office Boxes. If you would like an item to be sent to a Post Office Box, please contact Coco Dune for a quote before placing your order. All prices are in Australian Dollars.
Products over 5 kg in weight are available for pick up to Perth customers. If you would like an item over 5 kg delivered anywhere else in Australia, please contact us for a quotation on hello@cocodune.com.au
Regional, remote and country area orders may take longer to be delivered and additional postage costs might be applicable to your order. This charge will not be calculated at checkout, but Coco Dune will contact customers via email with the option to pay the difference or receive a refund for the items ordered. Our apologies in advance, but these additional charges are out with Coco Dune’s control.
Once your order is received, it will be dispatched within 2-4 business days. Please note this does not apply to our pre-order service where we will contact you direct with an expected dispatch date. Customers will be sent a copy of the tracking information, once it becomes available.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are varied and are dependent upon which Australian State the parcel is being sent to. Once an order leaves our premises, the delivery time is out of Coco Dune's control.
