We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14-days after receiving your item to request a return. Change of mind returns will be at your own expense and products must be returned in their original condition via a postal tracking system. The original postage charge is non-refundable.
If you have paid for an order via either Afterpay or Paypal, the fees charged to Coco Dune for the sale will be deducted from your refund as the credit companies do not reimburse these fees to the store.
Please note, Coco Dune does its best to capture accurate photos of its products. As the majority of items for sale are handmade, each product could vary slightly in colour, size or may have a slight variation to the image posted online. Each product is unique, no two products are completely identical and, as such, these variations will not be considered as defects.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused, with tags (if any) and in its original packaging. You will also be required to supply proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you are unsure, you can always contact us for any return questions you may have at hello@cocodune.com.au.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask you to send a photograph showing the damage to the product. Please contact us at hello@cocodune.com.au if you require assistance.
Refunds
If a refund has been approved, you will be refunded via the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and return the refund to you.
