Return and Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14-days after receiving your item to request a return. Change of mind returns will be at your own expense and products must be returned in their original condition via a postal tracking system. The original postage charges are also non-refundable. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sales items.

Please note, Coco Dune does its best to capture accurate photos of its products. As the majority of items for sale are handmade, each product could vary slightly in colour, size or may have slight variations to the images posted online. Each product is unique, no two products are completely identical and, as such, these variations will not be considered as defects.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused, with tags (if any) and in its original packaging. You will also be required to supply proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@cocodune.com.au  If your return is accepted, you will be advised where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  If you are unsure, you can always contact us for any return questions at hello@cocodune.com.au.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask you to send a photograph showing the damage to the product. Please contact us at hello@cocodune.com.au if you require assistance.

If an exchanged product is offered, depending upon where you live, the time it may take for the product to reach you can vary. 

Refunds

If a refund has been approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
